What I did
- Architected and evolved the configurable challenge engine, where admins define rules, actions, point values, reward conditions, and team mechanics through the admin panel without requiring code changes.
- Migrated the deployment workflow from manual to fully automated: implemented infrastructure as code with Pulumi, configured AWS resources (S3, CloudFront, EC2 backend), and set up GitHub Actions pipelines with Slack notifications.
Outcome
I worked on the backend challenge engine and helped move deployments from manual release work to automated Pulumi and GitHub Actions pipelines.
