Workflow Control Plane
The setup behind how I work with AI agents. It keeps project metadata and reusable prompts in one place, and a deterministic workflow CLI launches Pi, Claude, or Codex workers, each in its own git worktree.
What I did
- Read-only planning checkpoints before any agent is allowed to change code.
- One worktree per ticket, with a Herdr workspace and pane for each running worker.
- Structured handoffs, so every worker reports back a single canonical result.
